Visited Alag on my recent trip to Goa and loved how calming the experience was! Had heard a lot about their Saigon Coconut Coffee, Sandos and Sokhupan French Toast, and they were right! Right from the beautiful balance of coconut & coffee in the Saigon Coconut Coffee, to the richness of Sokhupan French Toast, makes Alag, one of a kind! We also tried Matcha Iced Latte, Coconut Matcha and Iced Latte and all of us loved what we ordered. We tried the Chicken Sando had it was very filling and the textures blend well together! We ended our brunch with Matcha Cookie, Almond Croissant Cookies, truly masterpieces! Just was disappointed with Cloud Cheesecake whose texture was on point but the taste was bland, same with Pesto Mozzarella Sando.

Located in Siolim, this quiet, women-led café is built with intention in every little detail from the coffee to the playlist to the pace of the space. The beans come from the Seven Sisters and are roasted by @halflightcoffee_roasters in Jaipur. The menu is compact just the things they love and have completely nailed: matcha, coffee, sandos, cookies. Everything we had was clean, flavourful, and made with care. The barista knew exactly what she was doing. The team? So, so kind, warm in that quiet, grounding way that stays with you. What I loved most was their journal/ magazine, a beautiful little book filled with their stories, thoughts, and the way they see the world. It says so much, in the softest way. Alag is a feeling, and now I know exactly what they mean. Because sometimes, you don’t just eat at places, you meet them. #PlacesIAteAndMet
A beautiful spot with a small but very tasty menu. The cheesecake just melts in your mouth, and the chicken and egg sando is a must-try, along with their coffee. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but the quality and flavor are completely worth it.
A very pretty cafe serving absolutely delicious food and beverages. The strawberry matcha was extremely well made and the egg & cheese sando was SO SO good, who would think a simple egg sandwich could blow my mind away. The staff were extremely friendly too.

Loved everything about Alag. We ordered for the Egg Sando and Eggplant sando. Decided to split both the sandwiches mainly because the ingredients seemed very interesting and we were curious. Enjoyed every bite from start to end. Even the bread in itself was so flavourful. The cloud cheesecake was epic and my wife and I both couldn't hold back. We devouverd everything and will be going back to try more stuff in a couple of days. The staff was very friendly and polite. The music also was at an optimum level where people could have a conversation without talking too loudly and enjoy the peace and ambience of the place. Well done lads. Keep up the good work. Hopefully y'all come up with more sandos on the menu in the future. Best wishes
I visited here day before yesterday evening for the very first time. We ordered a few sandos and matcha drinks, and everything was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is so kind and polite! There were two women at the counter, and the one who took our orders even offered me a cloud cheesecake for my birthday. It was such a heart-touching gesture. Thank you! ❤️ We will definitely visit again soon
Lovely little spot with great espresso drinks (and even non-dairy milk options!), the most incredible cookies, and yummy sandwiches (sandos). Everything we tried was excellent and obviously made with care. Very much enjoyed the peacefulness of this place amidst the busyness of Siolim.

The Sandos very so yummy. Devoured them as soon as we clicked pics. The coffees were ok. Place is offbeat and very cozy. Has limited seating, there may be a wait time. The smell of fresh baked bread envelopes the place. Must try the chicken and smoked pork sandos.
